Alicia started out in real estate working behind the scenes at Mooresville Realty in 2013, making sure clients received the best possible care when buying or selling their home. Working at Mooresville Realty, Alicia became intimately aware of all the details that surround a real-estate transaction. Because of this experience and also working for a builder for two years, Alicia got the itch to get her real estate license.
"Helping people reach that goal/milestone of buying their first home makes me feel proud. I love that this line of work is different every day and involves constant contact with people. I’m not just helping someone buy a home; I’m listening and learning who they are so that I can find the right home for them.
Alicia speaks fluent Hmong and has served as a board member for WAFAC (World Alliance for Families and Children), an organization that raises awareness about autism locally and among the non-English speaking community. "WAFAC's work is close to my heart because I have an autistic son and understand the challenges families face in finding support, especially if they don’t speak English."
Born in California, Alicia grew up in Statesville and has lived in Mooresville for the past four years with her husband and children.
