Born and raised in North Carolina, Jessica has a deep love for the place she calls home. Having lived in the Lake Norman area for the past 20 years, she truly understands the lifestyle, the neighborhoods, and what makes this community so special.
Jessica brings a strong foundation of experience to every client relationship. She has worked alongside some of the top-producing agents in the Lake Norman area and has played a key role in over $80 million in closed real estate transactions. This hands-on experience allows her to confidently guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with clarity and care. 
Her background also includes two years apprenticing with an interior designer who specialized in home staging—giving Jessica a trained eye for detail and a unique ability to help sellers present their homes in the most appealing way possible.
Before transitioning into real estate, Jessica spent more than a decade in public service, where she developed a strong commitment to integrity, communication, and problem-solving. Those values continue to shape her approach today, ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout their real estate journey.
