We do have a survey for the Long Island Airport Homeowners Association along with a letter dated July 20, 2002. To my Sellers knowledge there is not an HOA or CCR's for their section of Caldwell Acres. The new Buyer is welcome to the history documentation regarding this community and the airport/runway.
