We do have a survey for the Long Island Airport Homeowners Association along with a letter dated July 20, 2002. To my Sellers knowledge there is not an HOA or CCR's for their section of Caldwell Acres. The new Buyer is welcome to the history documentation regarding this community and the airport/runway. The Seller is in the process of obtaining a new survey to make sure there are no encroachments. You can always make your offer contingent on obtaining a copy of a new survey. This is a wooded lot that when the new owner Clears and cleans up will soon discover a diamond in the rough and a beautiful site to build their new custom home.
